By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Services

Attention To Detail Limited provides comprehensive payroll umbrella services including, but not limited to:

  • Payroll processing and administration
  • Tax filing and compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Employee benefits administration
  • Time and attendance tracking
  • HR integration services
  • Comprehensive reporting and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to clients.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of Attention To Detail Limited, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding employees, payroll, and tax matters
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to employee status, rates of pay, or other relevant information
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets and other required documentation
  • Maintain adequate funds to cover payroll obligations and our service fees
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Cooperate with us in the provision of services and respond to queries in a timely manner

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are agreed upon in writing and may be based on various factors including the number of employees, complexity of payroll, and additional services required.

Payment Terms:

  • Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
  • Payment must be received before payroll processing commences
  • Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to review and adjust our fees annually or upon significant changes to the scope of services.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of payroll information and are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality.

Our Commitments:

  • All client and employee information will be treated as strictly confidential
  • Information will only be disclosed to authorised personnel and third parties as required by law
  • We maintain robust security measures to protect your data
  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our services

Clients also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary systems, processes, and methodologies.

6. Liability

While we strive for accuracy and excellence in all our services, the following limitations apply:

Our Liability:

  • We accept liability for errors arising from our negligence or breach of contract
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in which the error occurred
  • We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
  • We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by industry standards

Client Liability:

  • Clients remain ultimately responsible for compliance with employment laws
  • Clients are liable for any penalties arising from information they have provided incorrectly or late

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement subject to the following conditions:

Notice Period:

  • A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required from either party
  • Notice must be given in writing via email or registered post
  • Services will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed

Immediate Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • The client fails to pay fees when due
  • The client breaches these Terms and Conditions
  • The client provides false or misleading information
  • Continuing the relationship would breach legal or regulatory requirements

Upon Termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately payable
  • We will provide final payroll reports and documentation
  • Client data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy

8. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data Processing:

  • We act as a data processor for client employee information
  • Data is processed only for the purposes of providing our services
  • We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
  • Data is retained only for as long as necessary or as required by law

Your Rights:

  • Right to access your data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Right to restrict processing
  • Right to data portability

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via:

Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate the agreement in accordance with Section 7.
